1. Name your methodology and your tooling on every role. "Ran Agile delivery in Jira with two-week sprints" beats "managed project timelines" — the posting and the recruiter's search both use the method's exact name, and "managed timelines" matches neither Agile nor Scrum nor Kanban.
2. Give certifications their own line, spelled out both ways. "Project Management Professional (PMP)", "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)". Different systems search different forms, and a certification buried mid-sentence is easy for a parser to miss.
3. Quantify scope, not just success. Budget size, team headcount, number of workstreams, vendors managed, delivery dates hit vs. planned. "Delivered a $1.2M program across 4 teams two weeks early" survives screening and convinces the human who reads you next.
