1. List your certifications and equipment by exact name. "Forklift certified," "CDL Class A," "OSHA 10" — each on its own line in a Certifications section. These are the first terms a warehouse posting screens for, and "operated heavy equipment" matches none of them.
2. Translate the work into the industry's words — where they're true. Receiving, picking, and counting stock is "inventory management"; staging and shipping orders is "fulfillment." Use the posting's term alongside your plain description so both the software and the supervisor recognize you.
3. Use your numbers — warehouses measure everything. Orders picked per shift, accuracy rate, pallets moved, square footage covered, safety record. "Picked 800+ units per shift at 99.8% accuracy" survives screening and reads like the shift lead they're hoping to find.
